1. Order Modification and Cancellation

• Once an order and payment are confirmed, modifications and cancellations are not accepted. Please review your order details carefully before proceeding with payment.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused and properly packaged items.
• If the product has quality issues, damage, or does not match your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and provide relevant photos.

3. Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

• Personal reasons (such as personal preference, incorrect size, etc.). 
• Items that have been opened, used or damaged. 
• Custom-made or promotional discounted items.

4. Return and Exchange Process

• Please contact our customer service and provide your order number and reason for return before initiating a request. 
• Once confirmed that the item meets the return/exchange criteria, we will provide the return address and instructions. 
• Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return authorization, and the packaging must be intact.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

• For returns or exchanges caused by product quality issues or incorrect shipments, we will cover the shipping costs. 
• For reasons other than product issues, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

6. Refund Arrangements

• After receiving the returned item and confirming it meets the return criteria, we will process the refund within 7 working days. 
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

7. Additional Notes

• Please keep the product and packaging in good condition. 
• When returning, provide complete order details and contact information.

8. Out-of-Stock or Discontinued Products for Return/Exchange

• Customers may opt for an exchange or return for products of equivalent value if the original item is out of stock or discontinued.

9. All pictures are for reference only and the real object should be considered as final.

10. In case of any dispute, the decision of MoPawPaw shall be final.
